Front-loader hydraulic problem - AIR

I have an International 240U tractor with a front-loader. I drained the hyd fluid and refilled. Also replaced a couple hoses going to the front-loader lift cylinders. Now the front-loader won't lift, I believe there is too much air in the cylinders & hoses. Cycling the valve levers doesn't do anything. I can't do anything with the tractor with the loader down. Can someone please advise??? Thank you, Gary
