If this is a single acting (no down pressure) loader, you may have to do some acrobatics to bleed this air out. I removed my cylinders to do this (I was replacing seals) but my cylinders are constructed with hollow rams, and to bleed them, you need to disconnect the hoses, disconnect the upper (bucket) end of the cylinder, let it down so the (former) upper end is lower than the hose connection, and rotated such that the hose connection is up, i.e. the hose connection has to be the highest point in the cylinder. Now, with the cylinder extended, fill it with hydraulic fluid, then manually push the rod in until there is oil coming out of the hose connection. Now when you put it back on the tractor, there should be sufficient oil in there to bleed by cycling the cylinder. I would recommend cycling it with the rod end down first, before reattaching it to the loader, that way the oil will be completely out. You will have to push the rod back in by hand again to cycle it this way (you might try bungee cords, real stiff ones, for this). Hopefully someone else has a simpler method, but this should do the trick.

We arrived hoping to meet up with a man we knew had over one
