have a farmall 400 that did not have power steering, so i pieced one together using factor parts. Now - I do not have power steering untill i pull the hydraulic levers back and hold them back(or front) believe it have to be a check valve problem or something? Anybody help me with my problem? Power steering seems to work great when the levers are pulled but have nothing when in neutral position.
