Scott, Sorry I did not answer you earlier about the problem. I was unable to get to my cub Tuesday night or anytime since, In fact this is the first I got to work, and we'll see how long that lasts. I got a bug of some sort.... Anyway, I will try this weekend to take a look. Also, while reading your post to Big Don and I, I noticed something, did you say that the shaft only moves when the cap is off? or does it move when fully assembled? Sorry, I just got a little confused and I probably will until I can take a look at home.... and actually you should be able to CAREFULLY lift the back end up and runn run it in first gear at a low idle to see what the gears are doing. from my experiences the oil sticks to the gears and will not sling out unless high speeds are achieved. Just watch your FINGERs!!!
