Part of my problem is that I'm not sure what the proper name of parts are. When I say that both sections moved, I'm talking about the half moon shaped items connected to the cylinders that the implements attach to. When the resevoir was empty, I could push them back and forth. The lever on the problematic side was very tight, and would only move if I moved the cylinder in or out. That item moved foward once pressure built in the system as the engine ran. The lever itself is almost impossible to move now. I'm afraid I'll break something.
