They call the gadget you're asking about a "tube deflater". You clip it onto your valve stem and attach your air hose to it and it sucks all the air and water out of the tube completely. All the guy did was turn your valve stem to the bottom and let off the pressure.I hope he did'nt charge you for doing that, but according to todays work standards and Wal Mart syndrome employees, he probly charged you as much as if he had done it right. I think if it were me I would raise h*** with the tire guy.
