Thanks for all the comments. I worked on it today and looked at the parts book on case's website. I found that the hyd hose was not hooked up from the belly pump to the tree. I hooked one up and it worked as it should.
Now for part 2: On the left side there are 2 ports that come out of the pump and one on the right. Which side should the hyd hose come from that then goes to the tree to provide the fluid?
