On the outer side of pump facing the cover plate, should the small hole have an oring to prevent bypassing, or should it be left without one? My 706 would not lift the loader off the ground at W O throttle, and wouldn't lift the 3pt at an idle, but would lift it with a little throttle, was wondering if the open port had anything to do with this?????
