I have a IH 504 with power steering and no three point hitch. Someone added a homemade three point some years back and did a good job of it. They used a two way cylinder to lift the hitch via the remote valve. Problem is the cylinder has little power on the up stroke. I can lift it at high idle, but if I stand on it, it immiedatly leaks back down quick. When valve is in neutral it holds solid. Cylinder is new. Power steering works great. Rebuilt spool valve already. Could it be the pump, or the split valve for the remotes/power steering ? Thanks.
