Tonight I got the torque tube off and removed part of the TA. I am waiting on an I&T manual that I ordered that I hope will tell me how to remove and evaluate the TA. At first I couldn't get the center housing loose but then I realized it was hanging up on the belt pulley drive and I was able to get that loose so the rest could come off. The flywheel is very smooth and shiny, I am guessing it will need to be resurfaced or replaced. The gears I can see in the transmission and the TA all look pretty good and the bearings I have gotten a look at seem pretty tight. For those who were concerned; I did put wood blocks in place of the concrete. The last photo shows the current conditions in the shop. Zach
