1958 IH350U Hydraulic System need help

removed hydra-touch control valve, all well so far. Removed regulator and saftey valve unit, having problem removing regulator valve seat (appears to be threaded) Help!
Can the 350U be set up for use with external hydraulic hook ups for certain implements. There appears to be a place for this on the hydra touch control valve unit.
Also this tractor looks to have some sort of a two point hook up system with quick release capabilities, any info on this would be welcomed. thanks in advance for all the folks on this site who give freely to all us beginners. God Bless
