For some reason it seams the like its not getting gas..it will idle and when you press the the gas slow the rpms will go up a little. When you give it the gas fast it will almost and will die out. I changed the oil bath filiter & new oil and it makes a gargling sound. I filled it to the line that was shown. If I did over fill the bath filter, would it make it not get the gas? Any one have ideas???
