H front wheels

I have been looking at a 1942 H serial no.
FBH 106705. It was originally equipped with steel wheels. It is a narrow front. The front wheels are not cutoffs, they are cast iron but different from any wheel I have ever seen on an H or M. Does anyone know if they put a removable steel rim on those war time tractors? This one has what looks like 1937 Ford car rims bolted to the cast wheel. In case you don't know what the 37 Ford wheels looked like, they had a very large bolt circle with the lug bolts just inside the rims.
I would be interested to know if anyone has seen wheels like this on an H. The rear wheels are cutoffs with 36 in. rims.
