Farmall H Died

Just had a Farmall H and blade delivered today.
The tractor was running fine at first, but now any
time I put it under a load "using the governor" the tractor spits sputters and sometimes quits. I
added fresh fuel but still the same results. Is it
running too rich??? At first, I was plowing snow
uphill in third but now it won't even climb the
hill in first??? Duh?
