Last fall I put the heavy duty 10ft rear blade on my 1486. When I drop the blade, it will not let down slow. It jerks so hard going down, it almost brings the front wheels off the ground with eight weights hanging on the nose. I have owned this tractor for many years, but never used the 3pt for field work. I tried to move the draft lever but it is stuck, won't move. What do I need to do to get this lever to move, so I can move it to slow the hitch arms going down? I'm guessing I will have to squeeze under the cab to get to what needs to be done?
