OK, the loader works and I have been able to use it. If any of you remember, I only have one remote on my 706, so I plumbed the remote hydraulics through an external spool valve and then into the loader.
The problem I have now is the loader is not lifting up to it's rated capacity. It can lift about 800-1000lbs and then it just stalls out.
I would like to look at adjusting the pressure relief valve on the tractor.
Am I right in thinking I should adjust the pressure relief on the spool valve all the way up? That way, the whole system will rely on the relief on the tractor. Then I can adjust the tractor pressure relief to the correct pressure and be done.
