Linkage:
Engine off, hand control pushed full forward, throttle plate of carb full open. Adjust linkage from governor to carb as long as possible that will allow the pin to go into place without the throttle plate or the arm on the governor shaft moving. Bumper spring:
Turn in only as far as needed to stop surging. Fast idle:
Turn cap screw with lock nut in/out to raise/lower fast idle limit.
