I know a guy that has a early 40 M for sale and said it was build as a road grader special. It does have the 39 and early 40 platform under the seat, but has the wrong seat. The throttle is different and linkage, and he says it will flat move down the road in high gear ( aprx. 40 mile and hour) other than this, I see noting that sets this apart from any other M. just wondering to confirm and is this anything special???
