Charlie, it must have been back around 1968-1970 that it was welded on the outside of block and then I beleive within one year we noticed water in block I believe. Anyhow, the way I remember, we figured the block needed replacing. The tractor was put into the barn, out of the way. Acouple years later, a friend found an engine at a salvage yard. By the time we acted, it was gone. After all these years, I'm looking into this project. Too many things to do befor I cash in. What da'ya think? Anyhow, I think block shot, but I could be wrong. I have to leave and deliver my load.
