On my 444D international was running fine then next time we tried to start it it would not turn over put a new starter on it with two sets of jumper cables and it moves quarter inch on the crank and when you stop it goes back to where it was. Is it possible this could be something simple? I'm not that familiar with diesel motors, it is a 154. Thanks for any ideas.
