Super AV - jack-it-up

I'm now ready to jack and crib up my Super AV to disassemble. I have a lot of 4x4 oak and pine posts, bottle jacks (2) and two large four ton jack stands. I want to crib at the bell housing and rear axle. I need to remove the front end and engine for a total rebuild. I can't quite figure out how to go about it though. Can anyone give me a step by step procedure on doing this?
