Question about a W-6

Have a couple questions about a W-6.
Are they very hard to find? I don't see any of them at shows or just sitting around here.
I have run up on one that is not running but the engine is loose, good sheetmetal, and fair tires. The guy is asking $650, is this a good price?
Also, it has flat spoke wheels on the back, are these original. I haven't checked the serial# yet but he guy said he thinks it is a '49 or early '50's model.
Any info about this tractor will be greatly appreciated as I have never been around one of them. I understand that it has the same engine as an M, is this correct? Thanks in advance.
