Looking into mounting a direct drive Berkeley 3x4 water pump in front of my H, then power it off the belt pulley.would a flat belt or two v-belts be better? Also the rmp of the belt pulley is 1019 ?,if the engine is 1650 (isn't that a lot),and I want the speed of the pump to turn at 2200-2700 rpm.so what sizes of pulleys would I need at each end.I'm thinking I need double the size on the tractor end,12" to 6" on the pump.I have in the past run a Berkeley pto pump but thought this would also work to be used with 4' sprinkler pipe. Any input? Brad
