I had a shop heat, beat, press, and twist on it till it finally moved. The slide in piece ended up twisted so I had to file a new locator notch in it. The tube part of this tie rod also started to split a little. It's all back together and strong enough, but I'm going to keep an eye out for a better tie rod. Your rear wheel configuration is exactly what I was thinking of. I do tend to err toward safe and conservative operation. 18 years! Wow, you have alot of experience on this type of tractor. I'm just getting to know mine and so far, love it. David
