THANKS AGAIN, When the time comes, hopefully a long time away, and I want to change over to two sixes in series yet still get around what I have now as far as AH of Energy Storage (375 AH from 3 twelves in paralell) they do make Trojan or other brands of sixes that have more AH then the classic T 105 right???? I think I've seen them on Trojans website but realize they are expensiveeeeeee. Still, if they last 7 to 8 years and two (bigger then T 105) can still get me 350 or more AH I figure its affordable.
The other main concern (if I use Trajans etc) is the type of charger since most of the time I'm hooked to shore power and am using a generic run of the mill 30 amp RV Converter/Charger thats NOT any "Smart Charger" and last time I checked it was keeping the battery voltage at 13.45. My buddy has a "Smart Charger" with different settings and I read in his instruction manual if he was charging Golf Cart batteries he should NOT use the Float Charge setting, I think it said to use the maintenance or some other setting, I forget.
What say you???????? (about bigger then T 105 availability and the type of charger if I use Trojans)
