We have seen em along the roads lots of times and occasionally at the bottom of the drive, but never seen em up on the deck until today. Beautifully marked(golden colored feathers) and the heads resemble that of a vulture. They aren't scared, and it looks like they enjoy looking in the windows and patio door glass. And NO. Not interested in roasting em lol. Old blue(our German shepard) loves turkey during thanks giving, and packages from the grocery., If the Good Lord sees fit to send his critters up here, it becomes our obligation to feed em. We have had bear on the deck eagles in the trees, Groundhogs in the yard, rabbits, weasels, badgers, doves, partridge, foxes, multitude of squirrels, chipmunks, owls, deer herds 12 or more at a time, assortment of spring/winter birds, raccoons etc. what an interesting conglomerate of friends. Hope you enjoy the pictures , as it helps relieve boredom. Regards LOU
