Roosemaster Diesel Injection

I recently purchased a MM tractor with a Roosemaster injection pump, The trouble I am having is that I get fuel gravity fed throught the filter to the pump, but no fuel at all comes through the pump when cranking. I loosen the injector lines at the pump and injectors and there is no fuel there. Yes, the pump is turning, and has fuel in it, but does not even spit any out. This tractor sat for approximately 3 years and ran fine when it was parked. I am afraid I am going to have to pull the pump and send it in. Any advice would be appreciated.
