Without sounding too casual about it,somebody has to pay for all that marble in those buildings and the grand piano in the lobby. The high tech testing machines,the additional staff to handle all of the government mandated reports and other paper work,it all costs a fortune. To bring everybody down to earth though,it's like adjusting the price of a car in 1960 in to todays dollars. It's apples to oranges. They aren't the same car. If you want to spend $5600 to treat cancer today,you'll probably get the same results that you would have gotten in 1960.

Today's Featured Article - Restoration Story: Fordson Major - by Anthony West. George bought his Fordson Major from a an implement sale about 18 years ago for £200.00 (UK). There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
