George Stens does show a different number for B&S and Kohler.
It is 120-485 the relief valve is at 7-9 psi and it is a 28 Micron filter.
The 120-634 relief valve is at 9-12 psi and it is a 25 micron filter.
So the 120-634 is a little higher on the relief valve but has 3 micron finer filter medium.
George I have used Stens filters with zero issue. I also have some OEM filters for the Kawasaki engines too. I buy OEM when they are on sale and Stens the rest of the time. I can get the Stens shipped for free when I add them to parts orders that are under the minimum freight rate.
