Here is how this went down. A contractor went to a large town to get parts it was closing time and darkness soon fell on his way back a loud bang, rear tire went on pickup just out side of a large town but on a some what country road. So he called some crew members (Billy bob and Bubba) they came with the service truck and a tire. Disabled truck was out of the road and they all started changing it no big deal right??? Now the blue lights and the "town clown" wanted to know what was going on, made them stop, checked id's and did a warrant check on all of them went over plates and stickers DID THE DRUNK DRIVING QUESTIONS and so on (everything came up clean) POINT IS HE NEVER ASKED IS ANY ONE HURT ANYTHING I CAN DO TO HELP. Told them to get finished and on there way!!! Not sure a wrecker or AAA tow truck would have done much different. Does this seem normal??? I will ad I have been check out on jobs but the L/E soon see things were legit and left.
