Ferro marine engine

I know this is normally a tractor page but I'm not finding help any where else.
I picked up a boat (galvanized steel w/ wood ribs) powered by a Ferro 4 cylinder engine.
Only information I have so far is in American Gas Engines. Wendel loses track in the early teens but this one was built after 1919 due to Delco electric starting and generator.
It was probably built prior to 1930 or so due to having exposed rockers on a valve-in-head design. The ignition key states "made for Ferro Stamping and Machine Co., Detroit"
Any assistance would be appreciated.
