Found Very Old Tractor "Down Under

Hi, my name is Bob Koik. I live in the city of Darwin which is one of the states of Australia. Recently we went camping in the outback and I came across a very old International Tractor on a cattel station. As I like tinkering with old machinery I decided to revisit the place a couple of weeks latter with a large trailer, winches and many tools. Two days latter we managed to get it back to Darwin. Its now in front of my shed.

Can you assist me to tell me what year or any other details that you might be able to dig up in your achives. It has a 4 cylinder petrol motor but parts of the motor as missing. I would like to restore it but would like to know if I can get parts for it.

The numbers are very hard to read but I think they are;

Model No. W4
Serial No. WBH 4943.

If you can assist me on any of the above it would make my day.
