That is sad that a guy was killed just driving minding his own business. Here in TX you see debris from big trucks on the road frequently. These guys don't strap or tarp properly and it is very dangerous. I have seen tractors not properly tied down too and that is just plain stupid. If you lose a tractor or load that hurts someone, not only do you have to live with that on your conscience but think of the lawsuits you would face. Your life could could be ruined. I grew up on a farm with a Grandfather that believed in building things 2x or 20x stronger than they needed to be. The same thing needs to be applied tying down loads. Chain and double chain.
