All these can be used with the 8N or other ground drive tractor, but the bush hog and roto-tiller will be less than enjoyable. If you ever used a live PTO, you would be spoiled for life. Some live PTO tractors are more expensive, others are not. If the price is higher, then decide if it is worth it to you. But the answer remains that the 8N can do it. You might also factor in the safety issue. For instance, the PTO needs to be engaged for the hydraulics to raise. Ever wonder what that looks like from a safety point of view? Just a thought...
