How can you say the cities never get their money back? An incredible amount of money comes into an area with big sports teams.Even here when UVA has a home football game the motels,hotels,restaurants etc etc are packed with people from out of the area spending money,paying sales/meals/lodging taxes.Plus stadiums and teams employee a lot of people.Large businesses locate in popular sports cities.Gotta spend money to make money

There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
