Yes, a single, non-peer reviewed article in a general trade magazine, not a scientific journal. The entire denialism of climate science is built upon that one flimsily researched article from 46 years ago.
I must wonder though- when we had a few chilly days in early spring, it was proffered as Proof by the scientifically illiterates that Climate Change was conclusively disproven. Using their own suspect methodology, doesnt the record breaking heat-wave currently sweeping the southwest now just as definitively prove that Climate Change is real?
If not, why not? Why doesnt the standard you relied upon a few months ago not work now?
