Thank you for offering to help. This is the first Deutz tractor Ive ever had in the fleet. Mine is a 2 Wheel Dr, but I think it shares a lot of components, from what Ive gathered, with the larger tractor in that series that you own. You are right about it being a very capable tractor. I took it out for its maiden voyage mowing a few acres of pretty heavy weeds with the bush hog, 7 foot. It didnt sound like it even broke a sweat. It is also very well designed. You dont see many down here in Florida, I dont know if its because they are air cooled or there never was much of a dealer network. A lot of industrial pumps and generators are powered by that same engine, I see them regularly. I understand the key to longevity for these engines is to keep them clean.
