How do I know if A fordson dexta is live drive/Has 2 stage clutch

I am thinking of buying a Fordson dexta.The tractor I am considering,does not start and run.I need to know how I can tell if this tractor has live drive or in other words a seperate PTO clutch,which allows the PTO remain operateing when clutching to change gear.Remember the tractor does not start.I need this info ASAP.
