Ford 850 trans

I just purchased a Ford 850 with a front loader and a backhoe. It is well used but has had a rebuilt engine among other things. I have driven many different tractors however I have never seen one with this particular trans. It has a single lever, 5speed + 1 reverse which rotates and moves up and down. 3rd and rev are at top and it jumps out of 3rd and also second which is down and forward.
Does anyone know about this tranny and how to go about repairing the selector or trans?
