Batteries is batteries. Assuming that BOTH vehicles are standing on rubber tires (or "tyres") and their chassis are separated, i.e. no frames or fenders touching each other. Just connect the positive terminals of each battery together and the negative terminals of each battery together. It used to be advised that you connect to the charged battery last - I think this was so you'd at least have your back to the flat one if it exploded, supposedly possible/likely if it was flat and/or frozen. DISCLAIMER This is NOT advice, merely repeated hearsay - follow it at your own risk, etc.
