air ratchet PSI- what is max?

I am in the middle of taking part the front of my Ford 650 in order to modify the wheel spacing. I am removing bolts that probably haven't moved in 50 years. Needless to say, some of these are really stuck. I have a nice 1/2" air ratchet. Some are just too stuck for the ratchet to budge. If I crank up the PSI on my compressor, will my ratchet give me more oomph? I was running around 75 psi or so. How high can I safely go? I can run the compressor up to about 150 psi (although I've never dared crank it that high).
