John Deere 420 oldie but goody?

Yes, it is older. Is this a good tractor? HP-PTO is 29.21 Years made 1956-1958
Going to look at one in the early morning.
Has Front End Loader, New Paint,And Brush Hog.
Asking $5500.
Is this over priced?

Would this do the job for Plowing Drive way and Mowing 5 acres of pasture. Not sure what the brush hog is 4" 5" or 6. and turning manure pile and cleaning up our horse area? Thanks again.
