Antique Tractor Shows

What tractor show is your favorite, we'd like to go to a few more big shows somewhere in the mid-west. We live in Kansas City.

Our Favorites so far are:

Rollag, MN: lots of big steam engines/tractors many unusual exhibits, beautiful grounds, many things of interest for the wife, good flea market, a long ways to go but worth the trip for us.

Mt. Pleasant, IA: probably my 3rd favorite. In town setting appeals less to me. Not much shade. Tons of steam engines and tractors. Lots of small engines. Not too much flea market on the grounds but lots of small sales throughout town. Good entertainment, real nice Grandstand.

Booneville, MO: A real nice show but I think it relocated and I have not been to the new grounds. Lots of tractors, several big tractors/steam engines I hadn't seen elsewhere. Nice Grounds but not much shade.

Waukee, IA: Probably my second favorite show. Tons of tractors. Great flea market. Many Exhibits of interest. Lots of big trees and shade. Horrible bath rooms. Go before you get there. Smelled to high heavens when we got there.

Adrian, MO: This is our local show and we go every year. Great breakfast each morning. Lots of tractors. One of the better displays of small scale steam engines I've seen. Good flea market. Cool Anvil blast. Cool scale train exhibit.

Lathrop, MO
Lots of Tractors. Some displays of interest. They had a large Rumley pulling a 16 bottom plow the time we went, cool deal. Nice A/C building to cool off. Probably the best car show we've seen at a tractor show on Sunday. Probably ranks about 4th for us.

Ankeny, IA:
The first Ageless Iron Expo they put on up there was very, very good. More unusual stuff than I'd seen at any one show. No shade though and it was hot. We'd go back if future shows were as good but haven't heard anything else about shows up there. Do they still have these?

Shows we've considered but haven't been to:
LeSeur, MN
Fairfield, OK
Sycamore, IL
Hamilton, IL

We really like the big shows with large interesting grounds. We like the ones with many displays of interest, good flea markets, good food, A/C building for when it gets hot, and the more variety the better.

What ones do you suggest?
