I bought some new after market parts from Worthington AG Parts the other day. At bottom of the invoice was a charge for 50 cents. I was told it was an Environmental Charge for disposing of oil, batteries, tires etc. Worthington AG is in the salvage business. They are the owner's of the oil, tires and batteries to be disposed of not the customer. These expenses are part of their operating overhead. Making a point of charging customers to dispose of materials the customer doesn't own does nothing but aggravate the customer. If their idea is to direct the customer's aggravation towards the environment laws and somehow change the nations environmental policy, it's not working. My aggravation is directed at Worthingotn AG Parts for tacking on this asinine fee. Since Worthington AG will not be my first choice the next time I order parts, I have the satisfaction of knowing that their fee will cost them much more than 50 cents in the long run. K-Mo
