Also just today I saw a group of workers on my college campus running a rotovator w/o the rear guard, backing it up right to a sidewalk crowded with fellow students and driving away from them. With my farming experience I recognized that danger and gave a wide berth, other students, trusting that people know what they are doing might have been at the right place to catch a 100mph rock in the head today. So please, keep your guards on, especially when it could be endangering an innocent bystander that trusts you to keep them safe.
