Got tractor fever and don't know where to start

Well, basically, I'm new to country life and already can't believe I waited 'til age 43 to try it. Only problem is there are just too many toys that I would like and am not sure where to start. I need some sort of tractor ... have about 2 acres of pasture ... will probably put in at least a 1/4 acre of garden ... have some trails out in the woods that I'd like to brush out from time to time ... have a 1,000 feet of driveway to keep clear of snow (we live in N. Central Minnesota) ... want to be able to plow or till soil ... and I've got a feeling that a loader would come in awfully handy. Also have about two acres of lawn!!!! I can maybe spend up to about $5K (any tips on softening up my better half for this little surprise will be most appreciated). By the way, you folks have a fantastic forum here ...
