Off topic---- Gateway computers

This is somewhat off topic, but, however it is very necessary to use a computer for posting on this forum. I had acquired a bad taste for Gateway products for several unmentioned reasons. Will have to eat some crow now I guess. They restored my faith in them. The computer had a hard drive failure and with 2 days left on the warranty, I called them and their tech service is located in the good old U.S,of America, actually talked to an english speaking person who was from the southern part of U.S. and was very understandable. They diagnosed the problem quickly, and have sent a whole hard drive under the warranty program. Nice to talk to an American voiced lady who knew what she was doing!
