I have an OTR truck place nearby and buy the next size up from 27 (31 I think) but it has threaded studs that you can put a nut on and crank down on the lugs. Don't get crudded up like the standard lead terminal does. Amperage is 950 cca and one is plenty to do my Ford 3000D in the winter (about 40 hp). I use 2 on a JD 4010D (80 hp)making 24v and the engine screams....starts in 1 to 2 seconds. Wire size is 2/0 and short as possible...tight and shiny. Batteries are $56 ea. Outstanding buy. Mark
