I'm not questioning some chemist's ability to turn $1000 worth of milk into $.05 worth of gas. They may well be able to do that. What I'm questioning is your logic behind saying we're getting filthy rich growing corn. You might want to look at REAL facts on that first. Last year, I turned the best "profit" on my farm, since taking over from my father. I grew a little over 600 acres of corn, and the same on soybeans. Starting with ALL the land paid for, and ALL the equipment paid for, I barely made enough to call it a decent living. If I was in debt for land or equipment, I would have merely been "treading water" for another season. THIS IS NOT A HIGH PROFIT BUSINESS! I suppose your logic is to continue to make some middle-eastern, terrorist supporting, camel riding, rag headed shiek rich, and keep the average American farmer " in his place". John (Another of those filthy rich farmers.....HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA)
