Hi there! Maybe I can help you. I am a painter with 25+ years experience. I need some information first: 1. What kind of siding are you painting - clapboard, shakes etc? 2. What kind of paint will you be using? Is it latex paint, latex stain, oil paint or oil stain? General tips: a wide brush makes the work go faster because it holds more paint and covers more surface at a time. A 5" good quality all paints brush is a good choice. When done painting for the day wrap the brush tightly in alum foil and store in the refrigerator until the next day. Try not to paint in full sun - the paint will dry too quickly and make it harder to brush, and will leave brush/lap marks. Post back with more specific info. Carl in NH
